POOR CUSTOMET SERVICE

My name is Nopinkie, i have a savings account with STD bank that i opened for my daughter, Amonth or 2 i went to their branch in clear water to update my details and i got the notifications on my new contacts all the time. Last week i noticed that there was money in my acc but i was never notified.i withdrew the money and still did not get any notification and thats where i knew these a problem. This morning cald the bank i spoke to Keitsumetsi, after verifying all my info and telling her the problem, she cut the call. I caled again and spoke to Malcom Malatjie who told me the reason why im not getting notifications is becouse they have my old contacts, Im very shocked becouse i updated those details and have been getting notifications on my new contacts and the last sms i got from the bank was on the 5 July on my new no, they need to tell me what they did couse im sick and tired with their poor service, they are bunch of unproffetional loosers who dont know what they doing. Malcom Malatjie put me on hold for more than 20 minutes without telling me what went wrong with the change of number, i want to know how did it happen as m not prepared to go to the brach AGAIN and waste my time
