No account send to see what you need to pay

Dear Sir

I bought a nissan bakkie np200 last year January 2012. Since that time I have not recieved one single account to see what I have paid and what I still need to pay. Nedbank also just put on my account the insurance will i have a insurance of my own. For past few mounths I have tried to get someone to help me with the account. So far I have 6 numbers from call centre to what ever number.

Two weeks ago they wanted to take back the bakkie if I did not pay them. I dont see why i should pay insurance and cost I was trying to put right. Some White Woman phoned me and said that i must pay my account. She did not want to hear my side. The call centre aswell as all there staff are not as friendly as when they where when wanted my money. All i want every mounth is a account send to me by post. They also did not reply to a email we send them on the 29-8-2013
