Ignorance and just wiping themself

From the 7h of June. 2013 I try to get a full statement of both the account No's supplied by MFC. I have send more than 8 emails and requested the full history account for the vehicle. AD06033278.
Then in Oct 2007 a new account was opened and. Then the Account number changed to "KLEM AD 07117282" why can't they (MFC) not supply the full history. Tanya Labonte read my mails. But no answer or reply.
I belive that there is to many paid on this account and MFC is hiding that.
What is the posobility that I can speak to the MD of (Nedbank/MFC). I hope to never ever have to make use of MFC ever again. Worst aftersales service ever experienced.
I want to sell the bakkie but can't because MFC is the thorn in my foot. Please any person that can help me with an email adress of a MD please assist.
Esmerelda Bagley, Katleho ChaCha, Hein Bester, Padmini Moodley, S Kemp has all read the mails sent to cate (at) MFC. But no joy. What is this??? Pass the bucket??? Please assist ASAP
