Dear Standard VAF
Standard Bank recently financed me for a new vehicle. The consultant responsible for my account was Phumeza Kona. I will like to compliment and congratulate this lady for the best service ever.
I was also offered finance by ABSA VAF, and I must point out that the rate offered by ABSA was marginally lower than that of Standard Bank, so naturally I would have opted for ABSA, but I didn't.
And my reason for declining ABSA's offer is because Phumeza's service was far superior to that offered by ABSA's consultant. I value service so much that I decided to forgo the marginal benefit in interest offered by ABSA.
Phumeza did not disappoint at all throughout the transaction. I felt like she was treating me as an individual, and not another number to meet targets. Normally, when doing a transaction such as did, one has to call their consultant regularly to remind them of this and that, but not this time. I did not have to lift a finger throughout the whole transaction.
I will really appreciate if this message can be forwarded to Phumeza Kona's supervisor.
