Paid Fact to do re registration of Pty Ltd

I requested Fact Business Corporation to handle my Application to change the Shareholding of my Pty Ltd on the 6th of May 2013.

I paid them the amount of R495 to do the changes for me with CIPC and they told me it will take 5 - 7 weeks. It is now almost 4 months and everytime I query Jaco has an excuse.

If you phone their office, 012 997 0525, at 1 RubenHuis, 673 Rubenstein Drive, Morreleta Park, it is only an answering machine referring you to their website.

It will be much appreciated if you will investigate if Fact in fact exist.

Will also lay criminal charges with SAPS for against Fact
