Pathetic Service from FNB

I had a stop order on my salary for an account 62021027223 I went to FNB Fish Hoek and asked them to find out about the account they called Refiwe and he told them the account is payed up on the 20th July 2012 and I had to get a statement from my bank and fax it to him which I did on the 18th January and have not heard from them and called them today 23 January 2013 only to be told it is not there fault that they have been deducting the money I should have canceled the stop order but I have never recieved one statement from them telling me how much is owing on the account so how am I surpose to know? And I am wanting my money that they have taken from me for the last 8 months with interest at R400 a month. FNB is quick to take my money but when it comes to repaying the customer must wait. As for Refilwe's returning my call I am still waiting to no avail
