Terrible service

Beginning of July I requested to cash out a portion of my U nit trust. I filled out the many forms they wanted and till this day, no response whatsoever. On numerous occasions I spoke to the financial adviser but still no response. This issues has been ongoing for more than a month now.

I am travelling in less than 5 days and I desperately need the cash and the financial adviser was made aware of this. I am really annoyed and irritated with them, am thinking of moving my business elsewhere.
