NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING

PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME LEGAL HOW YOU CAN HAND OVER MY ACCOUNT TO HEYNS AND PARTNERS AND I CONFIRM THIS WITH YOU PREVIOUSLY AND YOU CONFIRM IT WAS HANDED OVER. ARRANGEMENTS ARE THEN MADE WITH THE ATTORNEYS AND WHEN MONEY IS DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT YOU TAKE ALL THAT MONEY. YOU ARE CHARGING ME TWICE FOR ONE DEBT OF R2000 WHICH WAS A RESULT OF YOUR ERROR WITH THE DECEMER SAGA. I HAVE SPOKEN TO 3 ADVISORS THIS MORNING AND NONE OF THEM SEEM TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. MEGAN SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT HANDED OVER HOW SO IF I HAVE COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR ATTORNEYS??? CAN SOMEONE WHO WILL RESOLVE THIS CALL ME NOT SOMEONE WHO WILL KEEP PASSING THE BUCK. I WANT THIS RESOLVED AND WANT TO KNOW HOW DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY YOU TELL ME DIFFERENT INFORMATION.
