Your settlement letter tells me to dial a certain number, of which I do then I hold on for so many times and then eventually I am told that a message will be sent through to the relevant department...!!! I AM STILL WAITING TO BE CALLED.
You chase your clients for business, chase them when they don't make payments but GAAAAWWWD DO YOU IGNORE WHEN THEY REQUIRE customer care if you know what that is!!!
