I want to express my disgust with Volkswagen Financial Services!

I received a letter saying that if i dont submit proof of insurance by a certain date, they will add temporary cover and automatically debit my account! I have had comprehensive insurance through FNB for months now. Who gives VW Fin Serv. the right to just debit my account? How about they do their homework!!

I tried calling them and was on hold for 10 minutes and 37 seconds without speaking to someone and put down the phone - what kind of service is this? Hire more staff!!!

I will not waste my money - they can call me! And reimburse me for a portion of the call.

Note to Volkswagen Fin Serv: debit anything from my account and I will sue you. Try me.

I expect a call asap!
