I phoned the King Price Customer Care line today to update my personal details on my existing policy, and spoke to Werner.
He assisted me very promptly and efficiently; and made the call absolutely worthwhile. A friendly attitude after 5pm is hard to come by, and Werner truly displayed excellent Customer Care at such a late stage in the day.
Well done King Price on hiring such excellent employees; and for being the BEST insurance company in the country - HANDS DOWN!!! I am honoured to be covered by you.
