I changed payment date at parow branch to last day of the month, but till to date I'm getting penalised for insufficient funds. Numerous instructions felt on deaf ears, and our lengthy discussion with your collections agent is pathetic (last month), recent one with Isaacs yesterday seems to be in order by look of things. I want the bank to go back to the history of the account. I am no longer employed by Absa, and am not getting paid on 20th of every month, i sent numerous requests and branch visit, nothing has been done about it. I want the bank to reimburse me with all the charges, eg R138 for RD, etc, please go through the history of the account, Lastly I asked the agents (since April last years July) to lodge a complaint about the returns and charges, all in vain.
