I stopped a debit order on my account last month and it has still benn deducted this month. I need this money to be returned to my account and I refuse to pay the R 57.00 as the Instruction was sent to the premier division last month as well.
I also have a complaint regarding stephan claasen and Arayned forn the western Cape.
I have sent both of these managers an e- mail regarding a seuspected and afrter two emnaila and forurt hellpeter complaints mno one has comne back to me regarding this
I find this leavel of servioce form people so high up in the compaNy to be a disgrace and I will be taking this to the newspapers and have lodged a formal copmplaint wit the FSB regarding this.
Despite having obtained a subpeona I am still not recieveing the relevant Information that is needed on the acccount.
