Poor service by service provider Direct Axis

I have never been so dissatisfied with service rendered in my life! Applied for re-advance on my exisiting loan (through Sanlam) yesterday, received my sms at 14h17 stating: Your Sanlam Personal load application has been approved! Read your pre-agreement statement and then call 021 7643494 so that we can bank your money today! On this i committed myself financially. I called the number, certain questions were asked and then the lady said she would call back. This never happened and i then called back at 10H30 today just to be told sorry - reapply in a month as we need 6 months debit order to go through your bank and you only have 5! Needess to say that months went through my previous account without a problem but i had the good sence to open a new account under my own name and now get penalized for it! I would understand if they picked it up and then declined it but how do you approve it - send out sms to this effect and then tell your client sorry now it is denied! The sms does NOT state it is preliminary approved - it said approved - we want to bank your money today! Surely they should have picked up prior to approval that only 5 debit orders had gone through! POOR service
