Non-Existent Customer Service

Its been a month since my bond has been settled.

There has been no correspondence in this regard and if I happen to call the call centre to find out anything I have to wait over 20mins to be assisted but thats if someone is willing to "help me"!

I have requsted the bond insurance information and after a month still no reply!
