My fianc? and I have invested with you guys and this is the type of treatment we get.
we have signed for a credit card, yet not received it, but we are being billed for it.
went to the branch 17.08.2013 to speak to a consultant to find out where the the card is and why we are being billed (also incorrectly) if we have not received it. we got told to phone the card division.
I do not do business telepathically, as there is a lot of, I wanted to speak to consultant.
we are currently looking for better options thank you
