Where do I start? I have 2 loans with AB, instalments are R1119 and R1140 irrespectively. I am an ex- African Bank employee, but don't feel that's good enough reason to be treated in this manner. I left this bank in May and my loans were on payroll at the time. Upon resignation I was informed "they" would phone me to make the neccessary arrangements for their monthly repayments. I'm STILL awaiting that call. June month came, they deduct an installment from my account??? No call..no courtesy sms..no nothing! July came and to my suprise (oh I was suprised) they took 1119, 1140 an additional 1140 from my acc. According to them the acc was in arrears, but its up to date nw. I phoned the "collections" dept now oh my word what a waste of time!! 40 mins down the line I was informed to call client services. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS IF THE ACC R UP TO DATE NW BCOS I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS ANY LONGER! U CALL URSELF A BANK..ACT LIKE IT!! If you double debit my account one more time without my consent I will send an e-mail to Leon Kirkinis PERSONALLY and if need be lay a formal charge against AB at the credit ombud.
