In 2008 I took out a home loan with Nedbank, i paid successfully until 2012 July after I lost my employment, i contacted the bank. I was unemployed until April 2013, i then immediately contacted Nedbank since my home, car and credit card are with them. I asked for assistance in repaying them dealt with Mr. Werner Jordaan who in more actions than words displayed no interest in helping me, he said it is better for the bank to sell my house. I told him i cant have tht happen, I will double payment for until the arrears are covered, have made successful payments double plus 50% as i have to try and pay all my other debts, Ithen contacted the customer service i was replied to by Kamal Bipulprasad and i was pleading but i was told my matter will no longer be entertained and my please will be deleted, i have had this house 6yrs, why would i want to lose it over 9months missed payment?
(15th aug) i received a call from a gentleman asking to come assess my house for execution, i have never been contacted by Nedbank or attorneys, I have always made contact, I need this matter sorted out as my house is not for sale. I hope I get assisted seeing how I been loyal to Nedbank all these yrs
