Thank you so much for resolving my earlier complaint regarding the trouble claiming at the GP and pharmacy.
The service I received from your staff restored my faith in Essential Med. I was kept in the loop by emails and telephone calls until the claims were settled. I dealt with Illone de Wit, who was friendly, courteous and helpful in resolving the issue.
