Nthati Vate took the time to listen... accurately addressed my concerns and in her mind she had a goal to maintain me as a client and I must say she did... She knows her product... her clients needs and understands where we as clients and people come from... She has made a difference in my quality of life... yes it sounds far fectched but she did... and even tho I was adamant at the beginning of the call that I was about to cancel my Insurance... with all her knwledge and positive attitude she was able to maintain and retain me as a client by ensuring the best service and exactly what my needS as a client is...
