Excellent Service Still Exists

I was back in South Africa for a short holiday recently. During this vacation I had to apply for a new credit card as well as upgrade an existing account with FNB. I was assisted by a Mrs, Sandy Govender at the Tongaat Branch.
I had explained to her that i would only e in the country for a few days & it was really urgent that i have the new cards in my possession prior to me returning to my country of employment. Sandy had done all the necessary inquiries & requests to ensure that my applications will be processed ASAP. She had went the extra mile & kept me posted as to the progress of my applications as well as the locations of the cards each day.
I'm happy to say that my cards were in my possession in record time as a result of her great service!
First National Bank needs more people like this that are willing to get things done in order to ensure that customers like me can continue receiving excellent service like.
I must commend her on her great service & will continue to bank with FNB as a result of it.
