Here i was thinking i have the best insurance cover ever, only to find out that its the worst. I moved from Soweto to Cosmo, i called to change my address then the systems were not working and i was called by a gentleman back. He stated that he doesnt have my address code on the system which is 2188, he then added on the 2087 one. Then he didnt send the updated policy letter. I called again and asked for the updated policy letter to be sent, it came through with a premium of R825, from R625, WOW.i wasnt told the premium increased, worst of all the address is not even mine. I requested a convo to prove that i wasnt told about the premium increase but again, they to me. Who knows what would have happened should i claimed??? This was a wake up call.
Please cancel my policy, i will start a new one with a reputable company this monthend
