Good service finally

I eventually got some service.

Thanks to Naome Ncube my request was processed and I got results in record time from the time of the request.
Naome was very helpful, kind and very understanding. Her patience was outstanding, she took the time to assist even though she was going to a meeting, which made me feel like she cares about customer satisfaction.
Service like that deserves a raise or an award of some sort.

If everyone treated customers the way she did, I would never have written my complain to hellopeter.
