I am a loyal customer for over 30 years with Standard bank.
My business account charges exceeds R3 000 per month.
Every time for the last 4 years when I replace a card, something is wrong with it. Once I was stranded in a small town and could not even withdraw money.
The same now, I cannot do anything with the card. When I went into the branch they said it is a technical error and the card will work, but it did not.
I called customer centre, they said i must go into the bank, they cannot help me and everything is fine with my card.
I was put on hold for 20 minutes.
this is the poorest service I have ever received.
I AM SWITCHING!!!
