FNB's FALSE REPORT EFFECTING MY FUTURE

Its come to my attention that a bag tag has was attached to my name after closing my FNB account with a zero balance. Its been more than 7 years and yet this tag is still there. I went into the FNB branch in plumstead and chatted with Erica (service advisor) and she said she would investigate and come back to me. I have not heard anything back from her, no email, no sms, nothing!!!
FNB's slogan is "how can we help" BUT yet they NOT helping and just making my life a nightmare!!!
What bad service is this???
I went to the Waterfront FNB branch today and then got told i need to go to FNB branch in Fourways to sort this matter out as the account was opened there. Does FNB really expect me to fly to Johannesburg just to sort this account out!!
I am getting pushed from one person to another and from branch to branch and FNB is not helping.
Can somebody please assist me to sort this matter out as its effecting my life and can't move forward.
