My car was on christmas day. The outsurance team have truly been supportive and extremely proactive, the claim process was so easy and hassle free.(Thank you Mo- Malatsi) but the cherry on top was the refund I received, I didn't even know I was owed a refund. Thank you Outsurance for hiring awesome staff like Johann human who not only helped with my refund but he also made me aware of further cover I can have as well as even recommending good 2nd hand dealerships. Your team has genuine empathy and I will surely cover my next car with Outsurance again.
