Unlawful collection attempts on 10 year old matte

I have had it with MBD calling me about accounts wich was last heard of 10 YEARS AGO!
Do they think all people are peanuts and fall for threatening collection methods on accounts that prescribed 7 years ago already? We had 3 accounts - 1) American Swiss 2) RCS and 3) Foschini. What I want to know if the accounts have been outstanding since 2003 why is there only small amounts outstanding after 10 years. I have sent a formal complaint to the NCR to investigate this practice of extorting money from prescribed matters.
