I applied for an limit increase on my credit card. I was offered a upgrade to a platinum credit card. I was told there is a R60 rand fee involved. They charged me R660. This is unethical. I wished to cancel the card. I spend over 20 minutes on a call and was finally cut of. From a loyal customer of FNB for the last10 years.
