I'd like to express my sincere gratitude and also commend Ernest Morgan of Absa Home loans for his extreme level of patience displayed while helping me with my Home loan application. There were times were I was not at my best behaviour as a result of things not going as well as I expected and as such I put him under a lot of pressure with repeated calls and e-mails. what really impressed me was his consistent positive attitude and smile whenever we got to speak. He assured me at all times that all was well under control even when I could only see difficulties. Ernest had to go back to his credit managers and negotiate a better deal for me as though he knew me personally. I'd really like to thank him not only for my approved application but how well he treated me during the entire process.
