FNB - not able to register for internet banking

It's been 3 weeks and millions of calls and a few hours in queues and still NOT ABLE TO REGISTER FOR ONLINE BANKING.
Plus, no debit orders were transfered. It means that all my debit orders bounced AND I have not been able to make any EFT payments

THANKS FNB for being so awesome - NOT!!!
