STOP DEBIT ORDER

I have as requested sent all the relevant documents to FNB head office. It is now more than 2 weeks and un till now I had no response or answer.

This matter is urgent and I cannot believe that I am experiencing so much trouble the last few weeks. This account are now loaded with interest!!! WHY!!!

The debit order still reflex on my account!!! Is this just passing the buck or what must I think. Must I rather take my business to another bank after being a client for almost 25 years???

I am not happy at all!!!
