I check my credit profile on a weekly basis. This morning I discovered that there was a trace alert from DMC on my profile. I've made numerous calls and left messages where instructed, but after a week I've received no calls whatsoever. DMC, your listing is negatively affecting my credit profile! You have until end of business today to remove it, I have instructed my attorney to start proceedings if you don't.
