I've had a debit order go off from my account of R299.99. I found out from my bank that it was Netcash. I called Netcash and they in turn told me the debit order was on behalf of Big Five network and I should take it up with them. I phoned Big Five. They asked me if a consultant called me with a cellphone offer. Needless to say that no one has called me and I had never even heard of Big Five Network until then. They said they would investigate and call me back - biggest load of!
I've seen how many people have the exact same complaint and I find it unacceptable that Netcash can still represent such an unscrupulous company unless it is also shares the same values. Netcash will handle these complaints only if you complain while they rip thousands on a monthly basis with these unauthorised debit orders. I want my money back and no exuses please.
