I queued for two hours to get my replacement card

I queued for about two hours to get my replacement card as I was sent an SMS by the bank to go to nearest branch, finally when I get to the consultant I was told that there is no cards and that I should come back again start on the queue. The stuff there use their mobile phones when helping customers. Even to get a bank statement you have to queue for two hours.
