Dear FNB,
I am not a happy customer, I have tried switching my debit orders numerous of times and I keep on getting an sms back saying process failed with a smiley face (which irates me even more, because there is nothing funny or smiley about this) I am very frustrated, because i have to complete all the forms every time I go into the bank and I have to repeat the process over and over. Currently I am paying your bank costs, Absa's bank costs and the debit order penalty's... What are you going to do about this, as this will now be the third retry in almost a year of being your client.
