Still No Feedback

After sending my complaint in on 15.01.2013, Lee-Ann Davids sent an email on 17.01.2013 stating someone would get back to me within 2 working days. Well it is now 23.01.2013, which is well past 2 working days and no-one has got back to me. I am seriously considering closing my account with Capitec as their service is bad and I feel that my own money isn't even safe in the bank.
