Phone ABSA credit card call center last week to arrange to be refunded on TV Licence that went off 3 x on my account for the amount of R250.00. The persone confirmed that it went off 3 x times, and it reflects on the statment I took in the branch. The persone said it will take -3 working days for the refund to reflect on my account. Phone today again to confirm if the refund have been made and the call center persone said she cant pick up anything... this persone sounds like she dont have a clue in what she is doing. Please sort out this mess asap.
