Private banking is excellent

I just wanted to compliment the FNB Private Banking department. I made a phone call due to my card being blocked. The person :: Emma helped me. Not only was she friendly but she went out of her way to call me back as i was not in front of my laptop at the appropriate time.
We often forget to say thank you and give the compliments so Thank you for great service and going the extra mile. I am very pleased with FNB Private Banking!
