I am very disappointed in MFC! I have been unemployed for 8 week I, my income have dropped over R4500.00 per month, therefore I approached MFC to see if they can help me with an arrangement to buy me time to sell my car, they gave me 2 options - therefore I have an arrangement for the next 6 months I will pay the instalment half to help me save some money, this was an telephonic arrangement and the lady said they will arrange everything and set it all up on the system and arrange for the debit order to go off automatically.
Yesterday I received a phone call from MFC to notify me that my instalment is not paid for the last 2 month I am behind with payment on my car. Now I ask who is responsible for this?
I am in the process to sell my car and of this mistake I can not sell my car of the bad track record if have now with MFC.
I will not recommend your service to anyone again.
