It was the first time I had to claim on my motor vehicle, I was extremely nervous as I did not know what the process was. I spoke to Nombuh and she assisted me with the claim, I was initially unreasonable but she made sure I felt comfortable and helped me calm down. She made me feel at ease and also made sure to keep my faith in the company. I personally thank her for her level of professionalism, keeping my faith in the company and for her going out of her way to assist me. Thank you, two thumbs up
