As a staff member I have never felt prouder to work for such an awesome company!! I got stuck with my vehicle twice on one day with two difference vehicles and really put Help@out to the test. The efficiency and turn around time in which tow trucks were sent out was a 'WOW' moment for me as was my first time using them. I then unfortunately had to put in an accident claim on my one vehicle AND yet again received exceptional service from Lungile Tshabalala. She kept me informed during the entire process and my claim was settled within 4 days. THANKS FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE LUNGI!!!
