On 30 July 2013, money was taken out of my savings account into a loan that i dont know about. i received an sms, i then phoned 0860 to enquire, a guy by the name of Kgaukgelo informed me that he does not know what happened and will get back to me. i managed to get the Head Office number where i called and i spoke to Candice who promised to help me, the money that they are taking is inconveniencing me as i have commitments for it. they cannot even give me clear answers as to who is taking the money and why. i can only wonder what kind of s bank is Capitec when money can just disappear without any explanation and to why.
i would like them to give me my money back before the end of business today, as there as bills that i need to pay.
