Submited Claim in June and no results uptodate

I had an unfortunate even that result in my car having some damages at the the front. And this is the reason why I have insurance to cover for thse unforseen events. I sumited a claim towards end of June and upto now still work in progress. I have to call them to make a follow up and everytime I call I am told stories with management or admin work. I understand that they might be dealing with a lot of claims but June is long now and I was expecting to have the car repaired by now. How long will I have to wait? What if another accident ahppen while waiting for this claim. In the roads anything is possible and thats why insurance is a priority for me. I need this issue sorted as soon as possible because soon it will be 2 months with no result. My claim number is is SHS13060378915.
Whats the purpose of having insurance when I dont get results?
