Disputed transection

I would like to point out that FNB is not what it advertises to be. i have been trying to confirm with them for the last week and a half if they have recieved a disputed form that i fax to them as requested. no one can tell at all. just today alone i have been hold on the line for more than 45min trying to get through to the disputed transection department. last week i was told to wait 5 day then they will be able to confirm, after five days they told me that they will escalate the case, after that i was told the case will be reffered so as to speed up the proccess... after all of that i was told by an agent that they will not be able to assist as they do not deal with std bank atms and that i must go to std bank and make the inquirey my self. if some one would have told me that from the beginning i would have done it asap.
