Poor Service and bad attitute

I had an accident on 31 May 2013 and lodged a claim to my Insurance MI WAY (according to me they do things THEIR WAY) They have not sorted out my claim upto now and said that there is an issue because the other driver claims that I was not in the vehicle when my son was driving. I have given them all my call details which they required and cooperated with their BIAS investigations as they did not interview my witnesses and only took the word of the other party. Their ATTITUDE leaves much to be desired, including the seniors. They are trying everything they can to get away from paying this claim. They informed me that my car is a write off on the 12 June 2013 and this was only after I asked them for this detail. They were not transparent with me. Most of my friends are worried now as they are with Miway. I seriously think that a low premium is not all, what will happen when you claim. My family and I are going through with this Insurance. They are stressing us out and my son is in matric, caused me inconvenience. The call data clearly shows that I phoned 10111 at the time of the accident, how can I not be there and why will I ph 10111 if my son is illegally on the road...
