Openweb
Pathetic isp seeking fees for bad d/l/speeds

On the 21 september i took out a 2mb subscription with openweb. On the 28th i requested cancellation. I received a letter, with no stamp of who the sender is.no company letterhead. Final notice stamp on that looks like it was photocopied, demanding payment. The INSULTS from openweb are as follows... FINAL demand letter stating they have REPEATEDLY notified me. This is the first and only notification i have received weather by letter or email.the REAL disgusting insult is the demand for money for a service they NEVER provided. I was making use of their service for a week and noticed a breach of contract. You cant sell a 2mb uncapped line and expect payment, ESPECIALLY since my mweb and telkom 1mb download speeds was FASTER than openwebs 2mb rubbish.their average dls was 30-40kbs. When i cancelled with mweb and went to cybersmart, PROBLEM solved. I got what i was paying for. They expect me to pay for uncapped 2mb line with lower than 1mb dls? Where are the first couple of reminders they claimed they sent? probably sent via email using their own isp.pathetic.
