Over the limit fee dispute

Case # 025803115 refers. I disputed an over the limit fee. I received an email from them to which I replied. I have had no response. I've resent the same email 3 times and still no response. Horrible service. You charge a fee and when it is disputed you refuse to assist. Shows what you are after... MONEY MONEY MONEY
