Why have a contact form if no-one responds?

Wondering why FNB has a contact form on online banking or website at all when no-one bothers to respond to queries.
I like to handle matters via email in writing, I have several issues re my account but cannot seem to get a response.
Cannot understand the refusal to resolve issues via email.
Also not loving new website
