First for woman has to polish their stuffs attitud

My car was not fixed for 2 and half months. Louise Fortuin has an extremely bad attitude. First I had to deal with Tjaart Steyn and his arrogance all throughout my claim. Now it's the manager herself. They messed up my claim. I had an accident 17 May, my claim was authorised on 25 June and only had my car fixed on 02/08/2013. They telling me that the delay was caused by a system generated problem, as if that's my problem. I had to wait 3 hour at the panel beaters for my vehicle to be finished. Now my car has scratches on the boot and it's not fixed properly. It's making metallic sound where it was injured. I sent their compliance officer an email but to my surprise, Loiuse Fortuin, responds with the same bad attitude that I have tolerated. It was the first time this woman responded to me immediately. Normally they stall, I have to call and hunt them down for feedback or assistance. For such a long wait, you'd expect a little gratitude or your car to be fixed properly but what did I get, extremely bad attitude, service and a car that's not fixed properly. I am waiting for feedback from their compliance officers or someone who can help resolve my problem.
