TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW THE DEBT WAS MADE

COMPETENCE: do they have a understanding of this term.
debt was made with my details and I am trying to find out how and would have loved an invoice.

However I have phoned 3 times that they try to put me through to the admin dept just for the phone to be dropped.
Then we finally get a lady who believes I should get put through and says she will email me the invoice but it just doesnt come.

Then to prove to me how capable she is of doing her job, she keeps me on the line for 5 minutes, I hear her talking to other people, doesnt say she is done and when i ask if she is sending it she hangs up...???
